#37 Updated quicktime4linux build for modern distro.

I removed the dependence on packaging dependency
packages. All support libraries have been removed
except "encore50". Make now builds using shared
objects. I updated the Readme with information on the
requirements. I made no interface disturbing
changes. Changes are almost entirely confined to
makefile cleanup. It built sucessfully for me on my
P4m based laptop running RHEL4. The dependencies were
all satisfied from http://dag.wieers.com/packages/ as
most are not included by default in RHEL.
