Cinelerra 1.1.6 installation path and compilation fixes

Cinelerra 1.1.6 fails to compile properly on Debian with
2.95.4. Also the install path is fixed to /usr, which
makes it impossible to install Cinelerra for non-system
administrators. This patch adds possibility to specify
installation path and modifies Makefiles so that the mentioned gcc
version works. It has some ugly hacks to prevent gcc from
giving sig11 for certain files, so maybe not all chunks of the
patch should be applied.
