#171 Cinelerra 7, crash when recording device cannot be found

In Cinelerra, if you press R to start recording, it crashes if the recoding device cannot be opened. The default device is /dev/video0 , but the real device is likely under /dev/v4l/ , e.g. in /dev/v4l/by-id .
