Now tickets, faqs, links and documents can be stored also like HTML datas. You need to modify the database structure (you must add a column to this four tables).

Some fix with intranet mail and with some missing translations.

In the docs section is available a document that explain how to install and run HELP DESK WIKI source code under NetBeans.

Is available, unders Docs section, a document will explain how install the web application HELP DESK WIKI under Tomcat and how configure it to run for the first time.

Document is in english, how want can translate it.

Help Desk Wiki first official release was out.
