#35 Review window should resize to fit question/answer

The review window is always the same size, so when reviewing a long question that doesn't quite fit in the default sized question/review box, the user has to enlarge the window to see the full question and/or answer. This also means that upon revealing the answer only the end of the text is shown. As not all answers will fit even the biggest screen, the answer textbox should scroll to the top upon display.
