I recently updated to 4.0.6 and it is failing to launch.
Hardware: Apple M1, 8GB RAM
OS: MacOS Sequoia 15.1.1
I will upload the log file, but it only contains 3 lines so I will just paste it here as well:

Snidely,
Sorry to hear. I have a couple of asks. First, can you revert back to 4.0.5 (https://sourceforge.net/projects/heat-meteo/files/Meteo/Meteo_4.0.5/)? If that works, there is another option to turn on Debugging. Then relaunch 4.0.6 and hopefully you'll get more messages.
The second ask would be to share your plist file from ~/Library/Preferences/com.heat.Meteorologist.plist This would allow me to run with all of your same settings and lcoations.

Well, this is curious. I decided to rename the 4.0.6 binary just to save it off to the side while testing. I got a popup confirming I wanted to rename it while it was running.
At that very moment, the display popped up in my menu bar and in all of my spaces.
So, presumably it was actually running before but not displaying - and somehow that event triggered it to display.
Regardless, I will still upload my plist in case it happens again (perhaps after a reboot).

Using your PLIST, I have not been able to reproduce. Let me know if it happens again.

I just happened to reboot last night for a MacOS update and it came right up afterward.
I think it may be fair to call this instance a fluke that was likely caused by some hiccup in MacOS (or more likely Spaces) and not actually an issue with Meteorologist.
Thank you for your assistance!
The error message hints a NOAA outage at the time time. Perfect storm?
