Curious how you've confirmed this. Can you send me a log?
In Preferences/Options, turn on Log messages to console, let it run for a couple of hours and the send the file ~/Library/Logs/Meteorologist.log. Stick in a manual refresh as well, tell me the time of that manual refresh.

Sorry, I didn't explain what was not being refreshed. The individual temperatures are indeed refreshed. What's not refreshed is the Extended Forecast showing the high temps for the next 10 days.
The attached images show current date (Sat Jan 27) and the Extended forecast which should start with Saturday. Instead it begins with last Thursday's forecast.
Attached is Meteo log. Refresh was done at 2:05 pm.
