#679 Location services problem

I am using ver. 3.5.1 on Big Sur; I am on a MB Pro and my wife a MBA. Both of us are having the same problem with Meteorologist. The dialog box asking to use our location pops up every time Met. updates, even though it is authorized use location services in Settings. After clicking to allow, we get an error message that location services are denied. I'm pretty sure neither of us had this problem before updating to Big Sur from Catalina (both of us updated in the last 30 days or so).
