many updates since last time... this one is about FLEX image linker.

Here's a new version... not really sure if it worth talking too much about it, except that it fixes a little bug: the previous version couldn't load a screening... not sure what people have done with the previous version, but as I didn't see any remarks on the website I didn't know something was wrong!
Anyway, I hope this temporary version will fulfill your expectations.

Summer is not only about vacations, it is also the time to integrate new functionalities... this time we worked on being compliant with a new plateform: the In-Cell data. This and other stuffs are described in the included documentation.

That's why I release a earlier than expected the new version. This one doesn't have R stats, but I'll work on it for the next one.

Hi everyone,

after such a long period of time, here is the new version of HCS-Analyzer. It is not as accomplished as I wanted, but I wanted to release something. You'll notice many new improvements and bug fixes.
Documentation is now included in the software directly.
I did not have the opportunity to test this version without R-statistics installed and thus not sure it will run without it... don't hesitate to send me a feedback about it.
I guess another version will follow pretty soon.

Let's begin 2014 with a new version of HCS Analyzer. This update is focus on 3D but you'll probably notice many other improvements as well. Again don't hesitate to post any request or comment.

Here it is... I finally uploaded a recent source code of HCS-Analyzer.
I didn't have time to format it in a nice way, so apologies for the mess.

Today it's just about a quick update of yesterday version regarding the comments I received... basically, I fixed a few bugs related to the Wells Merging option and also finally turned Well Class into a Property. I also added Current Desciptor Value into the display mode. And just for the fun, the gamma correction in the LUT manager menu.

Here's the summer update of HCS Analyzer... I finally took the time to add a few useful functionalities like the history and the interactive look up table. You'll find a list of the others updates by downloading the regular associated .docx file.
Enjoy, and don't hesitate to post any requirement, I'll do my best to answer them as quickly as possible.

Things are getting better (but still Beta). As you'll see, this version includes a new way of managing single cell analysis that will open many opportunities for the future version.

Here is a new version to fix some issues of the v1.1 (Beta) version.
This version also includes:

• 3D view (GUI improved)
• Cell by cell classification now can keep track of all the models that have been cross validated and identify the best one in order to optimize the classification process.
• The user interface related to the cell by cell scatter point graphs can now display (on the side) the histograms of the selected parameters.
• Cell by cell simulator: you can now save the cell types and the cell populations (and of course load them later).
• A few bugs have been fixed.

I am currently still working on remodeling the core of the software. Here is a temporary version. You'll notice many updates, but basically two main improvements have been performed:

• The histogram generator (and importer) has been removed and replaced by "single cell simulator". The idea will be to propose a cellular simulator for generating complex cell based screenings.
• Clustering and classification are being centralized for the single cell analysis and the plate analysis. As you will see many algorithms (and their associated parameters) are now available for the single cell analysis, and are under progress for the well based analysis. This gives us the opportunity to improve the user interface (by example you can right click on a plate in the plate view and directly apply whatever clustering method on a specific plate).
  You'll notice also new control for multi class selection. 3D, "swap classes", etc... have been improved and many new features are about to be released. So stay tuned !
