#5 Download stucks at 'maximum download limit exceeded..please wait'

A user reported, that the downloader stucks at 'maximum download limit exceeded..please wait'. Even after hours the dowloader do not continue to download book pages.

Manual workarround: disabled and re-enable 'auto proxy'.

Hi, I also have been unable to move past 'maximum download limit exceeded..please wait' in the download settings. I am looking for where to disable and re-enable auto-proxy, but am not seeing it.

Hi,
if this happened during the page download you just have to de-select the "enable AutoProxy" check box.

if this happened during retrieving book information, please de-select the "use proxy server" checkbox. This will disable the autoproxy module.

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of HDH (version 1.2.1).
You might also reset the proxy server source list via menu bar -> Tool -> proxy setup ->preferences -> restore default. Confirm with OK.

If the error occurs again please enable the debug log file via menu bar -> user settings -> Auto update and more groupbox and check enable debug log. This will create a log file named "hdh.log" in your default destination folder as specified in the user settings dialog of HDH.
Wait for at least 7 minutes. Then close HDH and send me a copy (hathidownloadhelper@hotmail.com)
