octpgfpl — Create 2D diagrams for use with LaTeX from GNU Octave

The octpgfpl package for GNU Octave provides functions to create 2D diagrams for use with LaTeX/pdfLaTeX. Diagrams are saved either as PDF+TeX or EPS+TeX file pairs or as PGF files.
