#10 Spec file broken

Since the spec file didn't work for me I rewrote it.

- Flexible directory layout with macros (package
relocation now possible )
- Build without privileges (using temp directories )
- Other improvements to the spec file (more infos and
such )

And please note that the change log included in the
spec file is the spec files change log i.e. not the
software packages one.

If you like this spec file, please include it in the
next release. If there are any questions about spec
files I'm more than happy to answer them.
