#75 jpeg_decoder.c and uvc_h264.c are missing include of libavutil/imgutils.h for av_image_get_buffer_size

Two files in guvcview use av_image_get_buffer_size from libavutil/imgutils.h , but since commit 4a03ec5 , they no longer include it. Patch attached.
