#54 GA channel setting is reset on login

I have the GA channel to display in another chat window than the default one, ie. unchecked it in the channel list on the default chat window and enabled it in another chat window.
But every time i logon, the GA channel has been reactivated in the default window (but is still active in the other window), so I suddenly have the GA channel 2 places at the same time.

For now, GuildAds is hardcoded to use the first chat frame. I'm going to fix to this.

Hmmm. Just tried rev 247, but the problem is still there.
