#44 GROUPCALENDAR SPAM GA CHANNEL

hi,
using groupcalendar v3 and guildads in alliance of guilds, we used only one same channel for two addons..

so i have message from GC on GA channel as:

[guildads][player name]: GC3 : RAT 'fdsjk

so channel using is manual name with password, not automatic...

how stop it ? or hide GA channel ?

I think that any unrecognized message on the GuildAds channel will be interpreted as something you want to say. As GuildAds doesn't know about the GroupCalendar protocol, it cannot hope to filter out the GroupCalendar messages.

Temporary solution would be to use a channel for guildads alone and a channel for groupcalendar alone. Or to use GuildEventManager2 instead of GroupCalendar seeing as GuildEventManager2 and GuildAds work fine together.
