#131 Check for Updates fails
Version: guiguts-win-1.0.25 on Windows 7.
No file needs to be open.
Go to the Help Menu > Check for Updates.
Resulting error message: Could not determine latest version online.
There's no output in the command prompt window.
If Guiguts is launched from a self-installed Perl (strawberry64, 5.18.2), there's no problem.
