GTK DBF Editor is a simple editor for DBF (dBase, xBase) files that runs on Windows, Mac OS X and Linux.
The 1.0.4 release adds support for different code pages (you can select them in the File Open dialog) and fixes several bugs. Windows and Mac installers have been improved.
