GTalk eclipse plugin / News: Recent posts

After a big while, I've continued coding this project. CVS version is active and has little more functionllity than last release.

Well, life is short, didn't make it to version 1 beta and already planning version 2. The point is I didn't know the eclipe ECF project (as mentioned in the forum). I'll checkout ECF and base this plugin o it if possible. I don't know what ecf already provides, but it is clearly the plan for this project to get ecf based.

This new release includes more group information. A column with user groups was added to the users view and a simple filter by group regex was added to the view.

the last release has the new feature of filtering online users only or showing all users. New filters will be added later.

The previous release only worked when opening a new chat from the users view. now incoming chats open a usable conversation tab successfully. many ui things to improve, but usability is much higher now, basic communications functions are almost done.

The current cvs version (and latest release) is usable in a basic way. Chats initiated may work now from plugin. basecode for drag and drop support was added.
