#8 Struggling to open application

I'm really struggling to get the application to work, any help would be greatly appreciated!! I've read through previous tickets but to no avail (I'm abit of a noob lol), I can understand about adding the new servers but it says worlds not available.

I've used GT before but it just used to start straight up...
