#14 "seperator bar" is not at right place, after restart of app

For the program "gqview-win-2.1.4.1.exe",

When
the windows layout is the 3rd radio box

and
the order of windows are:
1. Image
2. Tools
3. Files

then

There is "Image" is on the left side (completely filled)
There is "seperator bar" in middle
There is "Tools" is above the "Files" on the right side

now, I move the "seperator bar", to the right almost an inch to the screen, that is the Tools and Files are compressed to 1 inch side, then i close the window, and reopen, the "seperator bar" position is "not" at the same place, as it should be.

With other layouts it is working fine.
