A few more updates, alpha release soon

i will be packaging an alpha tar of the work up to this point on gqmud-ncurses. any are welcome to explore what we have done. i will at that time provide a small file pertaining to the use of the program.

also... anybody interested in officially or unofficially recording paths for the package let us know. this is a tedious task which will soon be needed (when the path subroutines are completed)

Important new Info READ THIS

the gqmud project is being abandoned for the time being at the top level in favor of what is contained in the gqmud-ncurses directory in the CVS source tree. This is a non GUI version of the application which will be receiving all of our attention. please make this your primary focus of attention if you follow the project.

More New Features

added a slime beast loop to the package, no biggy
big deals this update are added SNEAKING routines. these routines are complete except for party sneaking. All party routines will have to wait a little while longer, as i have monsters and spells to work on.

Aside from that i have added to the GUI a counter for Exp/Hr in 1000s. This should make scripting a little more rewarding for all of you =) compare what you make using my program to what you make with megamud (i probably wont beat them yet but the future is near =)... read more
