#4 Built in GPS receiver cann't be activated

My Phone is SAMSANG I900. OS: WM6.1. It has a built in GPS receiver.

I set the correct COM port (It is COM3 on my device) for the inprut provider.
Start the gps proxy. I can get the serial data from this port. But the longitude and latitude fieds are always empty.
It seems that the GPS receiver isn't really activated.

If I start Google map first and let the Google map activate the GPS receiver, then the gps proxy can get the valid data.

Maybe the gps proxy needs to do something more to activate the GPS receiver.
