Hello, We would like to thank you for providing goJtag software for studying boundary scan standard. We hope that you are still providing support for that initiative. Taking that in context, we have been using goJtag software for boundary scan testing on Xilinx CPLD XC9536 and we are partially succeeded in achieving our goal on boundary scan testing.
