ggf / News: Recent posts

ggf v0.5 is finally released. Almost 3 years from last version the I'm Alive version is released :)
It requires Java 1.5 and Gngeo 0.7.
2 versions available:
- Full version contains images and xml info
- "Small" version contains only class files (similar to previous versions)

In this package there is the images.tgz file wich contains the images used by ggf.
For ggf to use it, unpack it in the directory where you will run ggf. It will create a images subdirectory...

In this package there is the roms-info.tgz file wich contains the xml and the dtd file with the rom information used by ggf.
For ggf to use it, unpack it in the directory where you will run ggf.

At here it is, the long awaited version of ggf.
Some bug fix taken place but the most important feature is the introduction of rom info. To have it available, one must also download and unpack the roms.tgz file in the directory where ggf will run.

The long awaited version 0.4 is almost ready. If you can't wait grab a little buggy version on cvs. XML Rom info added...

It was created a package gngeofrontend were the releases were made. The release dates are the ones they were really released, not the date they were released on sourceforge...

ggf was already available. The first versions were released on gngeo official site, then I decided to make an homepage for it, and made it on yahoo. Now it seems a real project :-D so it was requested to created a project on sourceforge and it was accepted.
