Annotations with "protein-protein physical
interaction" only show up on the subject term detail
page, but should be displayed on the object term
detail page as well.
This would allow a curator to see the interaction
from either gene page, and edit it accordingly.
For example, the gene CBL2 has an interaction with
CIPK1 (http://tesuque.stanford.edu:8080/pub/Display?
acc=term:95151)
But, if you went to the CIPK1 gene page, you would
not know about this interaction, as it is not shown.

acc=gene:28951)
If other cases exist where the annotation object term
is also a gene term, the annotation should be
displayed on both pages.

What is the best way to solve the problem? We want to show
the interaction in both directions so if we annotate
gene A has protein-protein interaction with gene B
then the reverse annotation of
gene B has protein-protein interaction with gene A
should also be true.
Should this be solved at the level of display or should we
store the data as a separate row in the db? If the latter,
can we make this second entry appear automatically?
How about making the GO 'protein binding' annotation
automatically from any A has protein-protein physical
interaction with B annotation? This would also cut down on
curation time quite a bit.
