#193 blink on expansion - get rid of

i think this is jnet redoing itself
and maybe go away if do expansions as append in jnet ??
kris doesnt like the blink

There is no more blink - just a clear of the screen occurs before next draw. Leaving this open just in case this happens for specific cases.
