#26 section on/off

Is there a way to keep a section with track name checkboxes minimise by default, without effecting actual track in display. I have huge number of data objects which will take almost entire page, so I want to keep the section minimise (with few data objects selected by default) unless user want to select something more. I may also wish to hide the section and pass the track-name parameter to gbrowse.cgi directly.
Can I either hide or close the section by default?
