#393 callbacks in key don't work

I suspect this is related to a similar bug in citation: http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=3521744&group_id=27707&atid=391291

Simply, when a callback is used with the key attribute, instead of being evaluated, you just get the "coderef" text in the page.
