#12 thrust control isn't working when joystick enabled

When I set the joystick as a control device, neither "x" , "s" buttons or numeric keys is not working.

The reason could be the fact, that my joystick (below) is detected as a 4 button's (actually it has only two buttons) and actions of thrust are mapped on non-existing buttons. The next problem is that any manual change (as deleting appropriate lines like "joystick_incthrust = A4") in conf.interface file is not reflected and the file is changed back after the first start.
