#13 delays between page requests

some sites doesn't allow intensive traffic. They ask to
make 30 pasuses between page requests.

I think it would very easy to hack this feature. just I
am confused where to get sources, as I am amateur and
have never used CVS.

To get the sources you have to download the "source .gz"
package in the files page, so far, there is no cvs for Getleft.

It wouldn't be hard to do, as usual the hardest is in making it
easy to use through the GUI.
