#7 Restricted Metadata HTTP 401 Patch

This is a patch to fix HTTP 401 Error that occurs when trying to access the "Metadata" or "Details" pages for metadata with the Access Level set to 'Restricted'. See webhelp at http://sourceforge.net/apps/mediawiki/geoportal/index.php?title=How_to_Restrict_Access_to_Resources for information on setting access level for metadata. This patch contains updated classes that override the SearchEngineLocal.class and the CswProfile.class. It should only be used for Esri Geoportal Server versions 1.0, 1.1, or 1.1.1, as subsequent versions will already have the fixes included.
