#3 Name incorrect in list of Windows Installed Programs

In the Windows "Add or Remove Program" tool, the
GenIconXP program is listed as "0.2" rather than
"GenIconXP". Since I am using version 0.2, I assume
that the name is coming from the version number rather
than the actual product name
