#10 Faulty GenIcon Downloads

1. GenIcon downloaded as is contains no executable setup file (e.g. Setup GenIcon_paf_exe), or any other executable file.

2. The . . . paf_exe which can be downloaded separately is faulity; it returns a failure . . error message saying something like "recursion too deep in ImageMagick" .
