    Hi Frank,

I am a knewbee to linux. I'm running Ubuntu Gnome 14.04 64bit LTS.

I wasn't able to install using software center or synaptic so tried comand line as per Extracted Buil file. It all seemed to be going really well untill I entererd the qmake command. I got the result below.

I am so excited to find your software. It looks perfect for me. Thankyou for sharing your hard work.

Could you please point me in the right direction as I'm at a loss from here:

    belta@belta-P5K-Premium:~$ sudo apt-get install build-essential qt4-qmake libqt4-dev libusb-1.0-0-dev gcc-avr binutils-avr gdb-avr avr-libc avrdude
    [sudo] password for belta:
    Reading package lists... Done
    Building dependency tree
    Reading state information... Done
build-essential is already the newest version.
libqt4-dev is already the newest version.
libusb-1.0-0-dev is already the newest version.
qt4-qmake is already the newest version.
avr-libc is already the newest version.
avrdude is already the newest version.
binutils-avr is already the newest version.
gcc-avr is already the newest version.
gdb-avr is already the newest version.
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.
    belta@belta-P5K-Premium:~$ qmake
    Usage: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/qt4/bin/qmake [mode] [options] [files]

    Thank you so much,

    Scott

You need to run qmake from the root directory where the BUILD file is.
BUILD is a text file with instructions.

qmake will generate the Makefiles. After you run qmake, just run make.

There's no binary release (software center/synaptic). It needs to be built
      from source.

        Thanks Frank,

I am wrapped. It's PRIMO! I am learning so much as I go along from your help sections that are so easily understood.

the only trouble I have now is that I don't have enough Teency boards for all the HID's I want!!

        Soo Cool. :-)
