Worse than that, the passwords are visible in the registry!
There is probably no point changing the input window until
they are encrypted in the registry.

It was a 1-line change to make the password field a
JPasswordField, which uses *'s, but I don't know how to hide
the passwords in the Database Connections window.
I will leave this open until we can fix that window and the
registry.

you should change the input window even if you have not
been able to encrypt it in the registry.
