#49 Patch for bug #3244261 broken GazetteerListCollector

Here is the patch from the change I made in relation to the bug i logged #3244261. It supports a new feature of the GazetteerListCollector to preserve any features added to the annotations to be collected. This will require a change to the associate creole.xml file whcih i have not included at this time. By default its switched off so it will behave as before until such time this feature is configurable.
