#19 GalaxyNG spherical galaxy not supported

I have verified that the spherical galaxy option works
fine. However,
GalaxyView 2.85 does not understand it -- it
incorrectly calculates distance to
planets across the side/top boundary, incorrectly
forecasts the location of
ships sent across the boundary, and cannot locate ships
in hyperspace that are
travelling across the boundary.
