#17 Blind Galaxy longbattle option backwards

In Blind Galaxy, the longbattle option defaults to
"off" which means a blow-by-blow battle will be
reported. Turning this option "on" prevents
blow-by-blow reporting of battles (contrary to common
sense). GalaxyView has it backwards in the description
in the move editor.
