#11 Develop planets sort by type broken

In the Develop Planets dialog, groups are listed as:

1 x Cargo7

4 x Rake

7 x Axe

and so forth. When sorting by type, these sort as
shown above rather than as Axe, Cargo7, Rake. This
is because "1 x...", "4 x...", "7 x..." are included in
the in the alphabetic sort - so it's sorted by number
of ships instead of ship type.
