#2 reconnect attempt uses crazy CPU

No

Sometimes when I try to reconnect after disconnecting,
the sign-on hangs while my CPU just goes to > 99%. The
gaim GUI becomes mostly unresponsive. Eventually one
of my cancel clicks will register and things return to
normal. Obviously I still am not logged in. However
I'm fine if I have to wait, but we shouldn't be hogging
all that CPU.

This is the only thing I see in debug log. Not very helpful:

    0x84699a8
    (20:32:13) connection: Connecting. gc = 0x84699a8
    (20:32:13) connection: Calling serv_login
(20:32:13) server: gaim 1.1.1 logging in dtseiler using
    Battle.net
    (20:32:13) bnet: bnet_conn_login
(20:32:13) dns: DNS child 9724 no longer exists
(20:32:13) dns: Created new DNS child 9798, there are now 1
    children.
    (20:32:14) dns: Host 'useast.battle.net' resolved
(20:32:14) proxy: Connecting to useast.battle.net:6112 with
    no proxy
(20:32:14) proxy: Connect would have blocked.
    (20:32:14) proxy: Connected.

I think this was fixed by Dario's flood patch. I'm marking
to pending while I test some more.
