The license.txt file lists MPL1.1/GPL 2.0/LGPL 2.1, but FRIL delivers ostermillerutils_01_05_00_for_java_1_4.jar and ostermillerutils_1_06_01.jar, which are licensed GPL only (http://ostermiller.org/utils/licenseFAQ.html). If the goal is to allow other licensing options then these jars need to be removed; otherwise, the license file should be changed.

    Dear
    Good evening!

    I am writing to you from Brazil, from the State of Minas Gerais. I'm not good at English. For the translation, I used the google site: https://translate.google.com/?hl=en.
    I am facing problems with FRIL Deduplication Module.
    I have an Electrocardiogram data source with (1,976,709 records). Some patients have more than one exam in the period. I need to know how many patients I have in the database.
    FRIL started deduplication, but at a certain point, with the "Task Progression Bar" still incomplete, the software terminated without error.
    Checking the result, I realized that there is an inconsistency in the results:
    1) - The table "duplicates.csv" presented: (236,470 records) with patients with more than one examination in the database - that is, these are duplicates.
    2) - The "deduplicated-source.csv" table presented: (1,076,779 records) - that would be the unique records table;
    It turns out that by adding the records of the two tables I never reach the records value of the original table - (1,976,709 records). That is, the table "deduplicated-source.csv" should have at least (1,700,000 patients). This table seems to be underestimated. It appears that more than 600,000 patients have disappeared, which is not found in any of the two resulting tables.
    Ask yourself: the "Deduplicate" module has a bug ???
    Can someone help me please???

    Thank you!
