#5 Create starting configuration

- provide Fresnel Editor configuration which will be implicitly used when editor is started for the first time
- no project must be open, no repositories are configured
- it must be possible to open configuration screen and add repository references
- after repositories are configured it must be possible to create new project which will use configured repositories
