#1 Duplicate address validation

For certain call locations, the user is prompted with the address validation box showing the best matches for the entered address.

The problem is that for certain addresses, this box is showed every single time the call is saved, even if
1. The address has not changed
2. It should have been valid already

This is a general annoyance/irritant to the user
