In v10 TIMEZONE is a keyword, in smtpmail you have a variable
DEF VAR timezone AS CHAR NO-UNDO.
not a big issue as you can just change the variable name for a quick fix.

I can confirm this change. I changed timezone name, and smtpmail works in v10.0A.
