Welcome to Free Dnp Library wiki!

Free Dnp Library was developed on the Java 1.6 SE platform and the library is available for download. Currently the library supports Dnp Slave. It requires an implementation of a comms interface as well as an IO interface.

With the Dnp Library comes an implementation of the library called Badger Dnp that is a Dnp Slave Test Set. It shows the Dnp Message exchange summary as well as a detailed tree-like view of the Dnp Message for each of the OSI layers.

Later on someone asked me for an implementation on the Java ME platform which I then developed. This is also available and is called Dnp Lite.

This ME library was then implemented on the Siemens TC65 GSM module providing a compact Dnp Library and communication system. This is also available for download.
