#268 Activity notes on Hover

A game extension I'm sure but All me to click a unit, select activity and enter a note. Then I can hover the unit to read the note. Moving guns to given city. Would be great if you could some how incrementally fill in city name. Joining war at [city] for military unit. Sometimes that would come in handy because you forget plans. Another clear note option would be nice.
