#58 Images with the same name not downloaded

Lately some 4chan threads show image names as "image.jpg" on many different posters. With "Save with original filename" enabled, the downloader won't download any of them or will only download the first one.

Maybe have these files renamed in this format: image-[number]-[date].[jpg/png/gif/webm]
