What do I need to use this program?
You only need Net Framework 4.5 or higher of Microsoft.

Cool software I was looking for a simple viewer that could read directories/files in Russian, Korean, etc. FMC does. The only thing missing for me is the drag & drop and menu shell integration. Thanks
