#9 patch for gcc-4.1.x extra qualification error

This patch is to be applied inside the main folder of
the tarball (you should see src/ directory when doin
an "ls").

Is a patch for a wll-known and tested little issue.
(extra qualification error), patched sources have no
issues on older gcc.

Tested on gentoo and waiting for commission
(gentoo bug #135842)
