#1182 Nailed windows of some apps
UI windows of some applications (Viber, Teamviewer) are displayed with fixed position and size (see attachments) and without standard caption. I can't move them neither with mouse on caption nor with ":MacroCmd {Raise} {Focus} {StartMoving}" sequence. "xdotool" can resize them but can't move.
Also their menus content is displayed in invalid position (with some random offset by X and Y). Sorry, i can't get screenshots with opened menu.
I'm not sure it's Fluxbox bug, but i also run thease apps with another WM (XFCE4, Awesome), there it seems ok.
Please let me know if i can provide some additional information or methods to debug this isse.
Or at least if it's possible to force standard WM's caption display for particular applications (I know about GTK3 CSD issue, this isn't the case, gtk3-nocsd doesn't help).

I compiled and run Fluxbox from prep/release-1.4.0 branch. Both applications work fine there.

As an addition. Running Devuan Chimaera (Fluxbox 1.3.5, xorg-server 1.20.11) Problem occurres with firefox and Thunderbird (both 102.6.0).
I have 2 machines running this: the amd64 (TP460p) has the problem, i386 (TP43) has not.
problem only appears, if xrandr was used prior to open FF/TB.
